In 2017 and aged 43, I was lucky enough to fulfil my lifelong dream and studied Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), in New York City, graduating with highest honors.
This lead onto me getting the best internship as a Test Kitchen Assistant at Rachael Ray Every Day magazine, with the most talented and amazing team in the biz! I am now a freelance recipe developer, food stylist, writer, and recipe tester for a variety of brands, including The New York Times, NBC, The Kitchn, Food52, and Anova Culinary.
